In this model I am treating "camping" as a tactic in a greater "occupy" model. The idea being to "occupy everything" the economy, town councils, state legislature, the internet, small business. In the sense that occupy is providing a networking and problem solving service for the systemic issues that arise inherent with the current military industrial complex and global economy. As well as, think tanking the "100 year plan" that involves steering this great big ship back onto the track of service of/ for/by the people. I don't know about y'all, but that's what popped into my head when I first heard "Occupy".
How is Assembly at a camp different from General Assembly? I would pose that General Assembly is a community event, inviting affiliates and coalition members, members of camp. Camp Assembly would be the logistical arm of dealing with camp issues, in the same model that the General Assembly does, but applied to camp.
